Alert II
The building is evacuated according to the Evacuation Plan. This alert level must be authorized and initiated by the City Manager’s Office. However* any police officer or floor warden may temporarily evacuate a single floor if there is serious reason to believe an explosive device has been located on that floor.
Alert III
If a bomb threat call is received involving other miscellaneous City facilities other than those listed in this order* a ____(a)____ will be dispatched to the scene to direct operations of police personnel and assist in accordance with accepted procedures as outlined in this order.
