Upon approval by the City Manager’s Office* floor wardens and aides may notify employees that a bomb threat has occurred and city employees may leave if they fear for their lives.
Alert II
The building is evacuated according to the Evacuation Plan. This alert level must be authorized and initiated by the City Manager’s Office. However* any police officer or floor warden may temporarily evacuate a single floor if there is serious reason to believe an explosive device has been located on that floor.
Alert III
If a bomb threat call is received involving other miscellaneous City facilities other than those listed in this order* a ____(a)____ will be dispatched to the scene to direct operations of police personnel and assist in accordance with accepted procedures as outlined in this order.
