Lack of smooth pursuit

When conducting HGN testing make sure to remove glasses and hats
Position for finger or other stimulant for HGN testing
12-15 inches from the nose at about eye level

How is BAC measured
BAC is the number of grams of alcohol found in 100 milliliiters of the persons blood
