“Consent is a person’s conscious and voluntary agreement to something desired or proposed by another”

Unlawful Sexual Connections is Inserting Anything into Genitals/Anus with other body parts (tongue, mouth, fingers)

The defendant proves that they had reasonable grounds to believe that they would not be observed

It is an intimate recording of another person made on a device WITHOUT the knowledge of the person who is being recorded in circumstance where they are - naked, engaged in sexual activity or engaged in showering/toileting/undressing
