Set-back B(P)R 26: New buildings on existing street less than 4.5 m wide
Be setback from the centre line of the street al least 2.25 m
Cuttings B(R)P 26:
No building shall be built to abut against a cutting, including toe wall supporting a cutting.
A width of not less than H/4 of the height of the building or 2.5 m between the toe of the cut and the ground floor level.
30 degrees angle from the top of the cutting to the height of the building measured from the cutting toe.
Service lane B(P)R 28:
A service lane should be provided at the rear or side of domestic building. For waste removal, fire-break from adjacent building, obtaining lighting and ventilation, escape from fire and establish a lane as footpaths for the neighbourhood.
Not required if existing a public lane greater than 3 m or street. For detached or semi detached buildings. Exempted by B.A.
