Street
Includes any footpath and private and public street. Not less than 4.5 metres wide.
Class A
Abuts on one street or more not less than 4.5 m wide. Frontage abuts on one street only or a corner site with less than 40% of the site boundary.
Class B
Corner site abuts on 2 streets not less than 4.5 m. At least 40% site boundary abuts.
Class C
Corner site abuts on 3 streets not less than 4.5 m wide. At least 60% abuts.
Criteria for classification
Must be a street which falls within the definitions of street under BO.
The whole of such street must not be less than 4.5 m wide.
The site must abut on such street
