Explain the steps in serving a bottle of wine at the table

A

Step 1: Present bottle to guest who ordered it
Step 2: Cut Foil 1/2 inch below lip
Step 3: Wipe with clean wine cloth
Step 4: Place corkscrew in center of court and twist in
Step 5: Slowly remove cork (don’t shake bottle)
Step 6: give cork to customer
Step 7: Wipe opening and inside of mouth
Step 8: Pour 1oz into person who ordered it’s glass
Step 9: Pour for remainder of guests (ladies first, oldest to youngest)
