SVS is to ensure that organisations continuously co-create value with stakeholders through the USE and management of products and services.

What is the Service Value Chain?
The SVC outlines the key activities to respond to demand and realise value through the CREATION and management of products and services.
Plan
Create universal UNDERSTANDING of the vision and status of all products and services as well as the four dimensions.
Improve
Ensure CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT of all organisational outputs throughout he value chain and the four dimensions of service management.
Engage
Facilitate a strong understanding, knowledge and consideration of the STAKEHOLDER NEEDS/REQUIREMENTS.
Design & Transition
Design and Transition ensures that services and products meet stakeholder expectations. The primary focus is to take the requirements from Engage and provide specifications for Obtain/Build.
Obtain/Build
The Obtain/Build activity is responsible for ensuring that all service components are available when and where needed, and that they meet the agreed specifications.
Deliver & Support
Deliver services and products to the customer, ensuring that they meet agreed specifications and the stakeholders’ expectations.
