A

A

Kocher:

  1. Fever >38.5
  2. Non-weight bearing
  3. Raised WCC >12000 cells/mm3
  4. Raised ESR >40mm/hr

A
  1. IV abx - fluclox or clindamycin

2. Joint washout and drainage if resolution isn’t rapid or joint is deep
