salmonella in sickle cell anaemia

DM Sickle cell anaemia IVDU Immunosuppressed Alcohol XS

Give investigations of osteomyelitis
A
MRI - 90-100% sensitivity ESR/CRP WCC Blood culture Bone biopsy MSU

What is the Rx of osteomyelitis?
A
Fluclox for 6 weeks
Clindamycin if pen allergic
