Q

What are the landing regulation factors for LD from screen height for MEP/SEP for prop and jets?

A

the aircraft must be able to land in:

70% of the LDA (prop)

60% of the LDA (jet)

so factors are

1/0.6 (prop)

1/0.7 (jet)

Q

What are the landing performance factors for the SEP?

A

Grass dry - 1.15

Grass wet - 1.15 x 1.15

Paved wet - 1.15

downslope - 5% increase for every 1% of slope

upslope - we don’t care due to it being beneficial
