No, websites nor search engines are live. The results you see are already calculated using spiders aka crawlers that trawl through website’s HTML and determine how the websites will be categorised. Any changes made to a website can take up to 2 days to show up.
What do crawlers scan on a website?
Keywords in the header, body of the text, URL and in titles. This is why the keywords need to be filtered through your content on your blog.
