• Have blockage or narrowing of GI tract
• Have appendicitis
• Have stomach pain, nausea and vomiting as well as constipation
• Are severely dehydrated
• Have already taken a laxative and are still constipated

• 1-2 tablets to be taken at bedtime with a drink of water
• Take up to 2-3 times a week and not to be used for more than one week
