  • If you have severe liver or kidney problems
  • If you get a rash on the skin which has been exposed to the sun treatment needs to stopped

Adults and children aged 12+: 40 mg capsule once a day for 4 weeks if gullet damaged
Once gullet had healed: 20 mg capsule once a day
If gullet not damaged: 20 mg capsule once a day
