Seller Script 01 (Ben Kinney)
Home Valuation Request: Someone entered your address into our automated valuation system and something happened so a wide value range was sent. I felt embarrassed and I wanted to rush out here to apologize.
Normally people visit our valuation system for one of two reasons. They are thinking about selling and need to know their home value or they wanted to refinance and save some money.
Which one are you?

There are three things that determine if a home will or will not sell:
- How it’s priced
- How it shows, and
- How it is marketed
Which do you think caused your home to resist sale in the past?

I know you said that you weren’t interested in selling now, but if you were going to sell, do you think it would be in 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years?

Answer: I don’t know because I haven’t seen the property. When can I come over?
