Answer: Normally when someone has had their home on the market for 180 days and it didn’t sell, it doesn’t mean they don’t want to sell - it means the seller doesn’t think they can get the amount of money they want in a reasonable amount of time. If I could get you the amount of money your want and sell in a reasonable amount of time, would you reconsider?
