What is a likert scale?

A

One in which the respondent indicates their agreement with a statement using a scale, e.g. ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree

A

Gets respondents to identify a value that represents their strength of feeling about a particular topic

A

A
  1. Find an interviewer and a single participant
  2. Develop an interview schedule (the list of questions) - these should be standardised
  3. Interviewers could take notes throughout
  4. the interview could be conducted in another room away from people meaning the answers are more likely to be true
  5. Interviewees need to be reminded that their answers will be kept confidential
