How are interviews designed?
A
- A standardised interview schedule is created (list of questions)
- The interviewer may take notes or record the interview and analysed later
- Interviewees must be reminded that their answers will be confidential

What makes a bad question (in a questionnaire)?
A
- Overuse of jargon (technical words)
- Emotive language
- Leading questions (assuming things)
- Double-barrelled questions
- Double negatives (eg. not unhappy < happy)
