Are the abilities that individuals possess to effectively regulate their own behaviours, emotions and thoughts.
Importance of Self Management skills
Allow individuals to have: increase productivity, lower stress levels, self-improve (increase personal growth), work autonomous, increase wellbeing and quality of life
What is Stress
Stress is a physiological and psychological response that occurs when individuals perceive a threat, challenge or demand that exceeds their ability to cope (an external stressor).

examples: identify stressor and avoid them, adopt a healthy lifestyle, share thoughts and feelings with others
Time management
Refers to a set of principles, practices, skills, tools and systems that work together to help you get more value out of your time.
examples: arrange time for leisure and exercise, use timetables, plan a work-life balance

Is the ability to ask for help and successfully utilise services and/or people to gain assistance.
