What is self esteem?
Self-esteem is the amount of confidence value and respect one has for themselves.
What is the difference between high and low self esteem
High self esteem gives people increased respect, the confidence to try new things, ability to adjust, and better judgment. Low self esteem makes people insecure, increases drug abuse risk, insecurity and high risk for mental illness.
