Head injury, epilepsy, overdose, hypoxia, and febrile

- Begin active cooling efforts and allow this to work up to 10 minutes before use of benzo’s
- Administer acetaminophen at 15 mg/kg

Adult females should receive magnesium sulfate 4 Gm IV Push
