What is the adults treatment plan for a patient with a mild allergic reaction?
Benadryl- 50 mg IV/IM
What is the pediatric treatment plan for a mild allergic reaction?
Benadryl- 1 mg/kg
What is the pediatric treatment plan for a moderate reaction?
Benadryl- 1 mg/kg
Albuterol- 2.5 mg nebulized
Mag Sulfate- 50 mg/kg (do not use if hypotensive)
Epi 1:1000- 0.01 mg/kg IM

Albuterol- 5 mg nebulized
Mag Sulfate- 2 g (do not use if pt is hypotensive)
Epi 1:1000- 0.3 mg IM
