Blended Retirement System
A
- As of 1 Jan 2018
- Automatic 1% of base pay to 401(K) like savings after 60 days of service
- Up to 5% matching contributions by DOD from 3 to 26 years
- Continuation Pay
- 40% of base pay monthly annuity for life after 20 years of service

- Prior Service Members returning for service to Reserve/Guard with more than 4320 retirement points
- Less than 4320 will have the option to enroll in the Blended Retirement Program
- After 20 years of service retirement eligible
- Collection is a age 60
