Professional Military Education (PME)
- Airman Leadership School (ALS)

-Participate in a high need academic field through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC)

-Commanders nominate outstanding Airman for appointment to the 10-month Air Force Academy Preparatory School
Nursing Enlisted Commissioning Program (NECP)
-Students will commission upon passing the National Council Licensure Examination, and then attend Commissioned Officer Training and the Nurse Transition Program

- Officer vacancy must be available. Vacancy announcement will state the minimum qualifications required to apply
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree
- Must have completed the Air Force Officer Qualifying Test (AFOQT)
- Board will select highest qualified application
