He predominantly used the ‘copper foil’ technique - when a piece of glass is wrapped with a strip of the foil to make sure there is material for the glass to adhere to when combining the pieces together to make the products

Gabrielle Bonheur “Coco” Chanel was a French fashion designer and businesswoman. The founder and namesake of the Chanel brand, she was credited in the post–World War I era with popularizing a sporty, casual chic as the feminine standard of style
Chanel frequently used quilted linings, hand stitch- ing, and bound buttonholes. The hemlines of her jackets were often balanced with a chain weight.
