use against minor fires and are suitable for fighting electrical, liquid and textile fires

how do we operate the fire extinguisher?
lift the extinguisher by the handle and depress the operating lever, pointing to the base of the fire
where is the ELT located?
in the rear baggage compartment or on the LH cabin wall in front of the passenger door
when will the ELT be activated?
when an emergency landing with G force of 5G or more has been made.
can the ELT be manually activated?
yes, by using the OFF-ON-ARM switch on the transmitter
what will the ELT emit when activated?
an omnidirectional RF signal on the international distress frequencies 121.5 and 243 Mhz
how long can the ELT be submerged?
15 hours before it is affected by humidity
