Head tilt chin lift
Listen close to casualty’s mouth for breath sounds whilst looking for chest movement
Check should not last longer than 10 seconds
On an Adult casualty what depth should you reach during chest compressions?
5 - 6 cm
On an Adult casualty what is the chest compression rate you should maintain?
100 - 120 per minute
