What is Special Select?
In a large table when we want to find set of cells together and make a quick change at once to them all we use a handy features named Special Select.
What is the process for Special Select for finding empty cells and inserting them all with N.A?
Write N.A in one cell out of the table. Then select the entire table(Don’t forget handy short-keys) then select fn+F5 and select Blanks and finally ctrl+v

What is Dynamic Name?
Make cells dynamic and changes based on other cells.
How to create a Dynamic Name?
For example I want to use name of different companies in front of a title let say: P&L: Google or Yahoo….—> =“P&L”&Cell
Which one is correct for creating dynamic cells?

What is Name Rages and how to create?
Give a specific name to a selected Row or Column. On left top there is a place shows the column or row selected name e.g. B3. We have to remove B3 and write the appropriate name.
What is use for Name Rages?
Use name of a selected row or column in formula instead of selecting inside the formula.
We want to have 5X instead 5 but still consider that as a number what should we do and what is name of this action?
We should use Custom Formatting(Command+1) and then write 0X for that cell. Name of this action is Cell Custom Formatting.
What is Data Validation?
When we want to create a List Cell(combo box) or other types of cells(checkbox…) we use Data Validation.

It is in Data
We want to create a List how is the process?
First select the Column(or even row)(Let say all items must be put into list)
—> Second: Go and click on Data Validation—> Open Validation Type and select list
What is the use for Custom Sorting?
To sort professionally relative to other column and conditions.
How is the process of Custom Sorting?
First we select the table or column—> Second: go to inside Home and click Sort and Filter(Note that Sorting is also in Data) —> Select Custom Sorting —> Excel asks you to expand this sorting from selection to whole table —> If we don’t expand the position of cells will change in rows.
