What is Pivot table?

A

When we have a large data in a table and want to sort based count, average, sum or etc…. we can use Pivot table for grouping the data for better decision making. For example we have sales of different years of different products in a large table and now we want to group years in columns, products in rows and their sold volume inside the table. Here, Pivot table will be the solution.

What is the differences between Print Area and Page Layout?

A

Print Area is inside Page Layout tab and Page Layout is inside the View tab. Inside the Print Area we will see only a borders in dotted blue lines but inside Page Layouts we see separated pages.
