Explain section 116
If you are carrying out a search of a place or vehicle you may secure any place or thing and exclude any person from the area

If carrying out a search of a vehicle/ place you may detain any person who is at or arrives at the place to determine if they are connected to the subject of the search

If carrying out a search of a place/ vehicle and you have reasonable grounds to believe a person at or arriving at the place are in possession of evidential material or dangerous items you may search them

You may search the vehicle for that person.

You may stop a vehicle to conduct a warrantless search if you are satisfied you have reasonable grounds to conduct that search
