Why is a daily a collaborative planning session rather than daily report?

Why can’t the sprint goal change during the sprint
Focus
How long a sprint should be?
Max 1 month, but usually based on answer to How frequently does your business need to change direction?
How can the boundaries defined by a sprint create freedom?
The Scrum Team has the focus of a Sprint Goal and a time-box. These boundaries create the freedom for effective self-organization, collaboration, and experimentation.
What is the most important element of scrum?
Self organization.
How can a sprint impact failure?
A Sprint limits the impact of failure to the time-box of the Sprint.
Why is scrum a framework for opportunistic discovery?
Because it limits the impact of failure and support product owner in learning by doing, inspecting and adapting along the way.
How important is planning in scrum?
Plans are useless, planning is the most important part. In scrum, planning is collaborative, defining the scrum value - the valuable business increment, a daily is a collaborative planning session. All scrum elements are collaborative planning sessions.
Who owns the sprint review?
The PO. He sends invitation, opens the session, and he or team say whether the goal has been shown or not. Team only shows done stuff, not half-done stuff. Team shows very shortly what they’ve done, afterwards stakeholder must try it out on their own. Scrum team walks around and help stakeholders. Goal of the sprint review is that all stakeholder can collaborate. Goal of review is strategic planning, not a demo, not acceptance.
When can a PO accept a feature?
ANYTIME during the sprint, not at the review meeting. If you as a PO get to know only at the end of sprint what has been done in the sprint, you are too late.
What is the goal of the daily?
Inspect progress towards the sprint goal and make a plan for the upcoming 24 hours. By developers for developers. (inspect + adapt)
Why does the team own the sprint?
Because they are accountable for it and they have to say whether they will do it and on what terms.
What is a product backlog?
It expresses the values that we keep adding to this product.
