The team and not a separeate integrator team

The people that do the actual work are in the best position to do the experiments and learn.
What is the Cost-of-Delay vs. Cost of development? When to use it?
Use it when prioritizing the backlog: if the cost of the delay are high, consider prioritizing it higher.
What are the elements (columns) of impact map?
Goal > Actors > Impacts > Deliverables
What are the drawbacks of impact mapping?
It does not consider the “outcome” that the actor wants to achieve. It considers the impact that the company wants to achieve, but not the requirements of actors.
What is a possible solution for solving the neglected impact/outcome for customers of impact mapping?
Rearrange and rename the columns: Persona > Customer Outcome > Business Impact > PBI (product backlog item)
What is the difference between outcome and output?
Output goals are geared towards doing things: cheaper, better, faster. Outcome say something about why we want to achieve something instead of how (output).
