An educated guess to explain the observable phenomenon
Theory:
Explanation of he phenomenom with proven experimental evidence
Deductive:
An argument that the conclusion correctly follows the premises
Inductive:
When something is probable or likely and the conclusion isn’t guaranteed even if the premise is true
Correlation:
Results not certain but there is a chance they might be liked due to a common similarity
Causation:
When results are predictable and certain and one variable leads to another
Why can’t or sense be trusted:
Bc our brains look for a pattern in something and tend to focus on one thing and we may drown out the other things
Why nothing is true:
You can’t guarantee something was always there or is true bc we always r finding new info to prove things wrong and right however we r living in an illusion bc our brains drown things out
