Pain that stems from nerve damage from a condition or injury. Often a shooting pain

No, use finger power so as not to suddenly disrupt the nerve.

- Stretching the hamstring/ buttock with the leg straight when lying down
- Gentle palm pressure on the lower spine
- Standing on one leg
