- SPINAL: IV DISC HERNIATION/PROLAPSE
- NON SPINAL: PIRIFORMS SYNDROME - tumours, pregnancy

A
Pain from buttock down lateral leg = pinky toe
Weak plantar flexion + absent ankle jerk

Diagnosis
A
Exam: can’t do straight leg raise without pain
MRI spinal cord to confirm

A
Analgesia + physiotherapy
Neurosurgery
