ICD-10 = 2 or more negative symptoms
DSM-5 = 1 positive symptom

A
- symptoms experienced in addition to normal experiences
- hallucinations

A
- inter rater reliability and test-retest reliability - reach same diagnosis for the same individual or 2 or more occasions

- over or under diagnosing

- women go undiagnosed as they have support - may not be receiving treatment
