Delusional disorder
Fixed, persistent, false belief system lasting > 1 month. Functioning otherwise not impaired.
Occurs while going to sleep. Sometimes seen in narcolepsy.
Hypnagogic Hallucinations
Occurs while waking from sleep (“pompous upon awakening”). Sometimes seen in narcolepsy.
Hypnopompic Hallucinations
An alcohol who has formication—the sensation of bugs crawling on one’s skin
Tactile Hallucinations
Presence of 2 or more distinct identities or personality states.
Dissociative identity disorder
Persistent feelings of detachment or estrangement from one’s own body
Depersonalization/ derealization disorder
Distractibility, seeks pleasure without

Using public transportation, being in line or in crowds, or leaving home alone
