Question 1

Filling without the compressor running

7 steps

Answer 1

1. Hook all cylinders to fill ports
2. Close bleeder valve.
3. Open cylinder valves
4. Rotate cylinders into charge container.
5. Raise fill and lock valve.
6. Open bank #1 valve.
7. If bank #1 will not fill cylinders to 4500 PSI, close bank #1 and open bank #2.

Question 2

Filling with the compressor running

Answer 2

1. Hook all cylinders to fill ports
2. Close bleeder valve.
3. Open cylinder valves
4. Rotate cylinders into charge container.
5. Raise fill and lock valve.
6. Open low bank/s.
7. With generator running, push the left white button four times on the LE5000 controller to start the compressor.
8. With the storage control valve closed, the compressor will fill the cylinders to 4700 before it fills the storage.

Question 3

To shut down the compressor

Answer 3

1. If the storage is full, the compressor will shut down automatically.
2. If storage is not full
   a. shut down all bank valves
   b. compressor will go through purge mode and then shut down.

The compressor will not restart automatically
