True Pelvic (sacroiliac) Ligaments
Anterior, Posterior, and Interosseus sacroiliac ligaments
- Surround and help stabilize the SI joint
Sacrotuberous Ligament
originates at the ILA and attaches to the ischial tuberosity
Sacrospinous Ligament
originates at the sacrum and attaches to the ischial spines
- Also divides the greater and lesser sciatic foramina
