“The appointment system”

  • The research was conducted by 1 GP during his surgery (across 4 month period).
  • So, there was a full appointment system established. In which the patients were free to choose what DR they saw.

    2) Patient asked to complete the questionnaire in the wating room and to bring it reception before leaving.
