Explosive tropical aromas. Palate has ripe citrus and orchard fruits. crushed minerals and acid on the finish.
Sancerre ‘Le Pavé’, Domaine Vacheron (Loire Valley, France)
This wine gets sun all day and is grown on clay. There’s body and richness here as well, offering a slight sweetness of fruit while retaining a touch of green.
Aromas of oyster shells, wildflowers, crisp pear
and lemon zest. Refined and pure, with impressive definition.
