A

Can be GRUELING:

  • Granulomas
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Uveitis
  • Erythema nodosum
  • Lymphadenopathy
  • Interstitial fibrosis
  • Negative TB
  • Gammaglobulinemia

A
  • Stage 1: bilateral hilar lyphadenopathy
    Stage II: hilar adenopathy and pulm infiltrates
  • Stage III: isolated pulm infiltrates

Lab findings

A
  • Serum ACE elevated
  • hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria
  • increased alk phos
  • lymphopenia
  • may show leukopenia
  • Elevated ESR
  • Skin test anergy
  • serum protein electrophoresis will show polyclonal gammopathy
