A

Dyspnea

Imaging findings

A

CXR: narrowing of pulm arteries; b/l hilar enlargement

ECHO: RVH, elevated estimated PA pressure

Right heart cath: confirms PA pressure and assess pts response to acute vasodilator challenge for treatment stratification
