Treatment options

A
  • O2, Beta agonist, anticholinergics, inhaled/IV steroids, antibiotics
  • Acute exacerbation: inhaled Beta agonist; anticholinergics, IV and inhaled steroids, broad spectrum abx
  • Smoking cessation, O2 if SaO2<89%, bronchodilators, steroids, pneumococcal and flu vaccines
