  1. observation
  2. steroids - inhaled budesonide, oral prednisolone
  3. immunosupression - methotrexate, azathioprine

A

resp - pulmonary HTN, resp failure, fibrosis
CV- cor pulmonale, heart block
CNS- cranial nerve palsies
ocular- uveitis, keratoconjunctivitis sicca
