- SIADH –> hyponatraemia
- ectopic ACTH secretion –> hyperglycaemia, HTN, hypokalaemic alkalosis, muscle weakness, bilateral adrenal hyperplasia, bushings syndrome
- Lambert- eaton myasthenic syndrome
- Limbic encephalitis

- hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy (HPOA), clubbing
