25
Q

What is the difference between a native plant and an invasive plant

A

20% nitrogen 10% phosphorus 3% potassium

Plant need more growth and green foliage.

27
Q

If soil in a cornfield is at a ph level of 4, what does that mean and how can a farmer fix that level?

A

Soil is acidic, should add limestone to raise ph because with an incorrect ph level, nutrients will not be available for the plants use.

28
Q

What are the differences between a corsage and a boutonnière

A

Corsage is for a female and is an arrangement of 2 or 5 flowers worn on the left shoulder or wrist

A

Seed coat which protects the seed from weather and environmental conditions

33
Q

On a seed, what is the hilium

A

Scar on the seed, marking the point of attachment to its parent plant.

34
Q

What is the epicotyl on a seed

A

Will become the shoot of the plant
