What can be searched in Salesforce to find a customers account/ quote?
- Company name
- Email (full email or email domain)
- Serial number (preferred, fastest)
- Phone number
- Customer name
- MSW quote ID
- Opportunity name
- Case number (tech support)
What is the difference between Partner and Program managed?
Partner managed: You do not contact the end customer- only deal with the partner!
Program: You deal directly with the end customer!
Went is it acceptable to call the end customer when dealing with a Partner Managed account?
You can only call when the device is expired!
What does a CTA stand for?
Call to action!
