A

When the the system sees something it does not recognize through behavior scanning, it sends it to the cloud environment, forces it to deploy and see what it is.
(Think of it as a really fast incubation period)

What does it mean when a device enters its EOL cycle?

A

EOL (End of Life) cycle is a 5 year period that SonicWall does not sell the devices new but still supports them. After the 5 years, the device is no longer supported and you can not renew the device.
*Renewal costs escalates once a device enters its EOL cycle
