Investigation?
First line → Non-contrast CT, if it is inconclusive → LP, still? → MRI

Essential tremor?
Relieving factors?
Worse when?
Tremors that are ABSENT at rest and during sleep, and DO NOT resolve
with distraction
Worse when patient is tired or stressed. Start symmetrical,
improve with alcohol consumption.
→ Middle Cerebral Artery (MCA) Stroke
◙ Contralateral Paralysis and Sensory Loss (Face and Arm)
+ Ipsilateral Gaze Preference
