Procedure

A
  1. Assess limb baselines.
  2. Provide pain relief.
  3. Explain procedure & gain consent.
  4. Provide manual traction and align limb.
  5. Fit sager appropriately.
  6. Apply traction.10% body weight, max 7kg unilateral, 14kg bilateral.
  7. Apply sager straps over legs.
  8. Reassess limb baselines.
  9. Document application.
